Data Management is at the core of US Logics model. We take the the three rules of computing very seriously; Back-Up, Back-Up, Back-Up. Every Network Operations Center (NOC) US Logics designs includes the latest technology in Back-Up, Redundancy, Fault Tolerance and Security. All of these design elements play a crucial role to ensure our clients data is safe, secure, always available and ready to be redeployed at a moments notice.

Monitoring is a key element to ensure all hardware, software and data are up and running, available and secure. We do this by implementing key thresholds on certain aspects of hardware and software via SNMP traps that send warnings and critical information to email, cell phones and PDA units. Each NOC employs a camera security system that monitors activity and sound with 24/7 recording. And because we monitor our NOCs 24/7, we guarantee availability using a five nines policy (99.999%).

Each NOC also includes several automated Tape Drive units and multiple Raid solutions to Back-Up and Restore data at any time, Anyware.

All US Logics' NOCs have remote access to your data 24 hours a day 7 days a week using VPN, Terminal Services, Remote Desktop, FTP or attached to your website.
